David serves Y2K as an accessibility (ADA) specialist. He has seven years of experience in providing ADA compliance consulting for both public and private organizations covering a variety of disciplines, including public rights-of-way, facilities and sites, parks and recreation, outdoor developed areas, and ADA policy and procedure development. David has led ADA compliance projects for over 30 different cities, counties, and state DOT organizations, with both litigation and non-litigation-based projects. He is certified through the University of Missouri as an ADA Coordinator, the International Code Council as an Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner, and the State of Texas as a Registered Accessibility Specialist. David’s experience also includes three years of providing ADA technical guidance on behalf of the Rocky Mountain ADA Center.

Outside of work, David enjoys the daily adventures of life with his wife and two young children. Activities typically include cardboard forts, impromptu laundry, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors.
