Kelly Fletcher, PE (AZ #40213), has over 17 years of experience specializing in transportation planning and traffic design. Kelly’s experience includes traffic impact analyses, capacity analyses, parking studies, safety studies, traffic mitigation and calming, traffic data collection, signing and pavement marking design, and traffic signal design. She has prepared numerous traffic studies for small and large scale developments including residential, commercial, border crossings, multi-use, and transit. She has been involved with various Arizona traffic projects including transportation planning, engineering, design, and On-Call projects for both private and public entities. Kelly is proficient with traffic analysis software including Highway Capacity Software (HCS) and Synchro.
When she’s not analyzing traffic and developing solutions, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and their three children. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, and loves the beautiful game of soccer.
Kelly volunteers as a facilitator at the New Song Center for Grieving Children, and has volunteered her time as a youth sports coach for soccer and mentor for engineering and STEM activities.
